Skillful Improvements has operated as a full service remodeling corporation with design / build capabilities since 1986. Skillful has received many awards on a local, state, regional, and national level.  We have on staff a NARI “CR” Certified Remodeler, and a NARI “CKBR” Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler. 

 In 1998 we created a new division for insurance and restoration type repairs, including 24 hour emergency service, fire and smoke restoration, water / flood extraction and dry out, and mold remediation.  We are members of the largest restoration group in the country, Disaster Kleenup, and have many certifications with the IICRC (The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification). 

In addition, we offer quality carpet cleaning and duct cleaning. 

We specialize in moisture problem diagnosis using the infrared imaging technology combined with building science forensics. Skillful is licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services as a Mold Remediation Company, RCO 0169.
